We are seeking an Inspection Programming Manager to lead and manage inspection equipment programmers in the machine shop. This role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards to ensure reliable and on-time delivery of quality parts. Responsibilities

Lead a team of inspection programmers. Serve as part of the manufacturing quality leadership team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while demonstrating company values. Manage daily tactical activities while driving long-term continuous improvement. Standardize programming techniques and inspection tools to reduce programming time. Resolve quality, safety, delivery, and cost-related issues. Ensure compliance with systems and procedures in inspection programming. Coordinate support services to enable efficient operations. Promote a culture of collaboration, quality focus, customer orientation, and safety. Anticipate and proactively address future inspection challenges. Deliver timely and accurate updates, reports, and communication. Support shop floor changes and product transition projects. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a machine shop environment. 5+ years of management experience. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives. Ability to lead teams through organizational changes. Strong focus on

continuous improvement ,

lean manufacturing , and process/programming improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to streamline inspection processes, equipment, and workholding techniques. Strong working knowledge of

CMMs and automated inspection equipment . Experience with

Zeiss CMM

is preferred. Must have access eligibility for U.S. export-controlled information.
