Responsibilities
Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 65% Printing and Production (including measuring, finishing and some installations)

Lead the printing and production of client orders
Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make the graphics print-ready
Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators and plotters
Conduct inventory and procurement (the team can help with actual ordering of materials, so long as you provide a list of what is needed)
Graphic design services (unless outsourced)
Smaller graphic installations
Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
Packing, labeling and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
Utilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes
Core Functions
Lead the printing and production of client orders

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
Team player who can accept constructive criticism
Focus on quality assurance (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio)
Superior time management focus in order to achieve efficiencies and meet strict deadlines
Customer-service oriented (this is the lifeblood of SpeedPro Imaging)
Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates
Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)
Benefits and Compensation
$18-25/hr (based on experience) + overtime pay when required
