Overview
Technical Leader/SAP Integration Suite-Application Integration Corning is a global innovator in glass, ceramic, and materials science. This role sits in the global Information Technology (IT) Function and focuses on integration between various on-premise data stores and SAP HCI using SAP CPI-DS agents. The role requires technical leadership, some project management, solutions architecture, and deep knowledge of SAP integration technologies. Responsibilities
Work with internal customers to understand and document current business processes. Lead end-to-end coordination between source and target systems for requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of CPI-DS agents. Serve as the first responder for CPI-DS issues in North American time zones; resolve issues or escalate to the global support team. Understand Corning standards and industry-standard designs. Identify technology risks and opportunities when designing practical solutions. Experiences/Education - Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in integrating business systems. 3+ years of experience in SAP CPI. Mastery of cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integrations using SAP CPI. Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture. Experience supporting full life cycle implementation and support/rollout/migration projects with analysis to meet business requirements. Demonstrated ability to coordinate project work, interact with clients, and engage with senior management. Ability to use code repository and DevOps tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Demonstrated track record of on-time delivery within budget. Ability to lead international teams across multiple initiatives that span various lines of business, geographic borders, time zones, and cultures. Self-starter, able to work in a team environment and motivate others. Experiences/Education - Desired
Prior experience with Corning integrations is a plus. Certifications in SAP CPI technologies preferred. Experience with Kinaxis, Informatica, EDI or MuleSoft is a plus. Immigration/Sponsorship

The range for this position is $89,748.00 - $123,404.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on various factors, including location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Benefits & Well-being
