Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit on a full‑time day shift. This role is ideal for RNs with at least one year of acute care experience in a cardiac, telemetry, or step‑down setting who thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit, you will provide individualized bedside care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest quality outcomes for our cardiac patients. You will also take part in initiatives such as hourly rounding and may serve in a charge nurse capacity as needed.

Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and hospital policies
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
Supervise and delegate tasks to other members of the healthcare team
Participate in quality and safety initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
Special Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
Basic computer proficiency
Leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staff when needed
Minimum Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience in cardiac, telemetry, CVICU, or ICU settings
Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
Certifications: Current RN license in the State of Arizona (or eligible); BLS; ACLS (required upon completion of orientation)
Preferred Requirements
Experience: Two or more years in a cardiac step‑down or progressive care unit
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
