Our client is kicking off a pilot project to transition workflows from ServiceNow to Jira, with the goal of reducing ServiceNow costs and standardizing on the Atlassian ecosystem. We’re looking for a Jira Consultant/Architect who can lead this effort and help design, implement, and validate the new Jira-based ticketing model. Location
Houston, TX (Hybrid) What You’ll Do
Lead a pilot program to replace ServiceNow with Jira Architect Jira workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations Translate existing ServiceNow processes into Jira (JSM + Clarity) Support JSM implementation for the OT organization Run workshops, gather requirements, and document workflows Train users and guide adoption Deliver recommendations for full rollout and long-term Jira strategy Help the client evaluate cost savings and operational benefits of moving off ServiceNow What We’re Looking For
5+ years as a Jira Admin, Jira Architect, or Atlassian Consultant Strong experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) Background migrating or redesigning workflows from ServiceNow Ability to architect pilot environments and lead cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills Seniority level
