Dental Hygienist – $5,000 Sign on Bonus

is looking for a dedicated
Dental Hygienist
to join our team. The successful candidate will receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid after 60 days.
About the Position Schedule:
Part‑time – Tuesdays 6:45 am–5 pm, Thursdays 6:45 am–5 pm, Fridays 6:45 am–12 pm with guaranteed hours.
Compensation:
$55–$65 per hour based on experience.

Must‑Haves
Empathy and positive patient care, with ability to connect with a diverse patient base
Degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
CPR certification
Certification in local anesthesia administration
Responsibilities
Review and update dental x‑rays and chart notes while maintaining equipment and x‑ray machines
Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims
Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance
Sterilize and maintain dental supplies
Complete scaling and root planing and/or prophylaxis
Apply fluoride varnish and sealants
Serve as a point of escalation for patient and team relations
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team
Qualifications
Current RDH licensure in MN
Current CPR certification
Leadership and strong communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
