Operations & Accounting Assistant
Boly:Welch is looking for an Operations & Accounting Assistant to support administrative and bookkeeping functions in our food service client’s office. The role is hybrid, with most of the week working from home.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain digital and physical records, assist with document preparation, and manage email and basic correspondence.
Support scheduling and general office organization, assist leadership with ad‑hoc requests and special projects, and help with operational tasks or problem‑solving as new needs arise.
Maintain accurate financial records, record and categorize transactions, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
Track invoices and vendor payments, prepare monthly financial reports, and coordinate with external accountants and bookkeepers as needed.
Qualifications
1+ year experience as a bookkeeping or accounting assistant.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
Experience supporting a small business preferred.
