A leading insurance provider in Jersey City is seeking an AVP for its Excess Workers’ Compensation department in the Northeast region. The successful candidate will develop relationships with producers, manage underwriting strategies, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. With a requirement of over 10 years in the industry, and preferred qualifications in CPCU or ARM, this role offers a competitive salary range of $142,000 – $192,000, inclusive of a comprehensive benefits package.
