Job Summary As an RPA Developer, you will design, develop, and deliver automation bots using UiPath and Microsoft tools to streamline government operations. The role focuses on creating scalable, secure automation solutions compatible with federal environments, with incidental support for configuration, testing, and handoff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement RPA bots using UiPath as the primary platform, integrating Microsoft automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) where applicable.
Collaborate with government SMEs to ensure bots meet security, performance, and compatibility requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation in Microsoft O365 or Adobe Acrobat formats.
Perform initial configuration, troubleshooting, and minor updates to ensure seamless bot delivery.
Identify process improvement opportunities and integrate scripting languages or complementary tools for enhanced functionality.
Support incidental training or briefings to facilitate bot adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in RPA development with proven expertise in UiPath (certification preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft automation ecosystems, including Power Automate and O365.
Experience with secure federal environments and compliance standards (e.g., DoD regulations).
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in agile, collaborative settings.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Required: UiPath Associate Certificate and Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.
Preferred: Experience with AI integration, scripting (e.g., Python, VB.NET), or process optimization.
