Coordinate pre‑boarding activities including drug screening, background checks, I‑9 completion, and documentation monitoring. Schedule and manage candidate interviews and travel logistics. Interact with new hires during pre‑boarding, ensuring a smooth transition. Maintain and update filing systems and other information‑management tools. Resolve complex recruiting queries and non‑standard requests that cannot be resolved by the Employee Services Center. Track escalated issues, trends and provide status updates to candidates via phone, text, and email in accordance with service‑level agreements. Work with pre‑boarding vendors and service lines to facilitate background screening and relocation processes. Verify licensing, certification and credential requirements for healthcare positions and conduct primary source verification where needed. Qualifications
Associate degree required, or equivalent post‑secondary education and experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferably studied in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related discipline. Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or related field; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and ability to manage time efficiently. Benefits
