We are seeking a high‑energy, proactive Customer Advocate for customer satisfaction and retention, based in our Tampa office.

Job Description

Proactively contact customers after purchase to acclimate them to the benefits of being an IMAGINiT customer; support the adoption of Autodesk products early in their contract.

Document all client communications in CRM system and escalate any client satisfaction issues to the appropriate manager for resolution.

Assess internal processes and propose improvements that directly affect customer retention.

Act as a liaison with customers to resolve a variety of account issues and coordinate with internal resources to ensure software access.

Conduct presales and business reviews with our sales organization to ensure retention and expansion of solutions.

Provide customers with usage data analytics to optimize their digital solutions.

Manage customer leads to ensure they are assigned and handled by the appropriate individual or department.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred or comparable experience.

2 years of experience in a customer relations role.

Strong technical acumen.

Outstanding telephone skills with the ability to relate over the phone and deal with multiple organizational levels.

Highly motivated, resourceful, and patient with a strong desire to make a difference and ensure customer satisfaction.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work at a high level with multi‑tasking.

Strong presentation skills.

Strong computer skills including Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Compensation

Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 USD + bonus.
