Job Description Provide on‑site support for software installation, testing, and maintenance at designated locations. Assist with hardware setup, moves, adds, and changes for desktops, laptops, and thin clients. Support datacenter activities including server installation, racking, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Manage asset inventory, including hardware disposal, backup, and documentation updates. Respond promptly to incident requests, ensuring adherence to SLA and KPI standards.
Responsibilities
Provide on‑site support for software installation, testing, and maintenance at designated locations.
Assist with hardware setup, moves, adds, and changes for desktops, laptops, and thin clients.
Support datacenter activities including server installation, racking, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
Manage asset inventory, including hardware disposal, backup, and documentation updates.
Respond promptly to incident requests, ensuring adherence to SLA and KPI standards.
Qualifications
Experience with technical support, desktop, or help desk roles.
Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
Experience with network devices, LAN/WAN.
Ability to work on‑site and handle physical installation and maintenance tasks.
Strong organizational skills for inventory and asset management.
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented approach.
