Your role Are you truly service-oriented and take pride in helping create a seamless, professional client experience? Do you enjoy staying organized, preparing materials, and supporting a growing wealth management practice behind the scenes?

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

Keep client management systems up to date with accurate and confidential information

Prepare reports, account statements, and organized materials for client meetings

Draft clear and concise executive summaries following client meetings

Collect and process documentation for new accounts and service requests

Assist with marketing initiatives, communications, and maintaining marketing materials

Support meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ongoing client service needs

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to allow the advisor to focus on client relationships and business development

Your team You’ll be working on a wealth management team in Louisville, KY. We help high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals by providing services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

Ideally experience in client service, preferably within financial services or a professional services environment

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, desire to gain industry designations preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Professional, pleasant demeanor with a commitment to exceptional service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
