Role Summary The Self‑Perform Recruiter will own the full lifecycle of hiring skilled self‑perform construction professionals within an assigned business unit or region. This person will be responsible for the sourcing, recruiting and securing of top‑tier self‑perform talent, both craft and partner. MUST BE BILINGUAL – English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process for self‑perform roles, from Laborer through Superintendent.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, industry networks, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of self‑perform talent for current and future projects.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience and culture fit within the company. Coordinate skill testing and assessments as needed for specialized positions.

Cultivate relationships with trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations to maintain and enhance visibility in the construction talent market.

Work closely with self‑perform and field leaders to understand project timelines, resource needs, and skill requirements.

Establish and maintain highly collaborative and dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR, and operations partners.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on workforce planning.

Monitor and remain current with industry trends and best practices in self‑perform recruiting and make recommendations for new or improved services.

Monitor craft job line and use as additional sourcing and pipeline for craft candidates.

Monitor and manage careers inbox.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years as a Recruiter working in Construction, Engineering, or related field.

Bilingual in Spanish & English.

Demonstrated background with high‑volume or craft recruiting experience.

Well‑developed analytical skills.

Effective written and oral communicator.

Ability to collaborate and build relationships.

Proven ability to initiate and effectively implement new processes.
