Strategic guidance: Advise management, executives on financial decisions to optimize profitability. Formulate strategic, long-term business plan.
Risk and compliance: Minimize financial risk, ensure legal compliance, and liaise with external parties like auditors, bankers, and tax authorities.
Team oversight: Supervise and manage the finance department staff including accountants and financial analysts.
Requirements

Technical proficiency: Expertise in financial software and accounting systems, including strong MS Office (especially Excel) skills.
