Job Description TD Securities is a global leader in Corporate & Investment Banking. The CIB Credit Energy (Houston) Summer Analyst Program provides hands‑on experience in debt origination, structuring, execution, and monitoring for US Energy clients.
Responsibilities
Participate in an immersive orientation and rigorous technical training program that builds a strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting, and valuation.
Assist in structuring new credit transactions for US Energy clients.
Prepare client presentations and credit applications, supporting client development and transaction execution.
Conduct market, industry, and client research and risk analysis.
Support loan syndications by preparing materials and providing information to lenders.
Communicate and defend credit analyses to internal stakeholders, reviewing market conditions, macro trends, and company‑specific risks.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Those with F‑1 OPT must be in a qualifying STEM program.
Strong academic performance and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; financial modeling experience preferred.
Results‑driven, high ethical standards, strong interpersonal skills.
Motivated, self‑sufficient, able to work both independently and in a team.
Demonstrated leadership through sports, clubs, or other extracurricular activities.
Application Deadline February 1, 2026.
Interviews will occur on a rolling basis from January through April. Apply well ahead of the deadline.
