Key Responsibilities
Oversee administration of bank account structures facilitating efficient cash movement, including cash pooling, in‑house bank, sweeps between banks.
Implement global bank account management processes: bank mandates, Know Your Customer activities, account open/close, bank fee analysis, banking portal administration, and resolution of complex queries.
Execute complex liquidity management processes: short‑term cash flow forecasting, determination of liquidity needs, interest collection management.
Oversee execution of surplus and deficit cash positions to determine cash movements, investments and borrowings.
Monitor daily cash positions and forecasts, ensuring sufficient liquidity and providing planning and forecasting recommendations.
Support complex trade/transaction instructions and valuation of financial products through confirmations.
Manage payment processes: transaction preparation, initiation, queries, approvals, settlements, reconciliations, stop cheques and calculation of interest earned on client investments.
Execute treasury accounting processes for month‑end and year‑end, escalating and resolving complex queries.
Oversee regional periodic reporting of risk, cash balance, cash flow, client balance and margin income; analyze trends and resolve reporting issues.
Implement regional compliance processes and due diligence for new and existing bank counterparties.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Certified Treasury Professional, Chartered Financial Analyst, or equivalent.
Strong Treasury experience in a regional environment and familiarity with the regulatory landscape.
Deep understanding of the sector in which Computershare operates.
Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
