Job Summary Handle a wide variety of personnel duties related to plant administration and operations in support of the People & Culture Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations of the P&C functions and duties, including social media platforms for internal communication. Coordinate P&C projects and events (NHO, team members’ roundtables, meetings, surveys, reviews, etc.) and take minutes. Perform a variety of clerical duties, such as data entry and document control/distribution, in a framework of strict confidentiality. Compile, maintain and update team members’ files/records. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.). Support the P&C team by providing help with team members’ requests regarding P&C issues. Determine which issues require immediate attention and communicate to leadership any deviations from established procedures. Assist the P&C team with Leave of Absence Administration (FMLA, Workers Comp, Personal Leave of Absence, Maternity/Baby Bonding, etc.). Support with payroll processing, and hourly team members’ attendance monitoring. Support the rest of the leadership team as needed.
