Role Overview This is a hands‑on HR & Recruitment leadership role where you will have real ownership over how teams are built, supported, and retained. You’ll partner directly with executive leadership and operations to ensure the right people are in place as the business continues to grow. Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruiting for field and office roles including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Engineers, and corporate staff
Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs aligned with project pipeline and growth plans
Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and strong early retention
Support HR functions including employee relations, performance processes, compliance, and documentation
Develop and refine recruiting strategies, pipelines, and employer branding efforts
Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR‑related questions and support needs
Coordinate with external recruiters or agencies as needed
Maintain accurate hiring and personnel records while ensuring compliance with employment regulations
