Human Resources Manager II – Pilgrim’s – Guntersville, AL
General Summary This position plans and administers HR policies throughout all phases of HR activity, acting in a supervisory capacity as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
Recruit, interview, and select employees for salaried and hourly positions; plan and conduct new employee orientation.
Maintain records of benefits plans.
Coordinate management training.
Oversee and administer complex compensation programs.
Advise management on appropriate resolution of employee‑related issues.
Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Administer benefits programs.
Provide HR leadership to the management team.
Basic Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in HR management or supervision.
Broad knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
General knowledge of benefits and compensation administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Technical proficiency (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, HR‑SAP).
Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent; or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or a comparable combination of education and training.

Base Salary range of $120,000 +/- based on experience.
