Pay Range:
$23‑$26 per hour.
Role Overview At Thatcher Chemical facilities across the nation, our manufacturing teams create essential chemistries and solutions that support clean water, safe environments, reliable infrastructure, and critical industries. This position involves production, blending, loading, and unloading of plant chemicals. You will operate and maintain plant equipment while ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Shift Time:
8:30 pm to 5:00 am (2nd Shift). Days Off:
Sunday + Monday or Wednesday + Thursday.
Role Responsibilities
Produce and mix chemicals as needed.
Understand and operate plant equipment and processes.
Load and unload tanks, rail cars, tanker trailers, and other containers.
Regularly lift up to 75 pounds.
Operate pumps, mixers, and blenders.
Operate a forklift.
Maintain a clean work area.
Perform light maintenance tasks.
