Responsibilities
Assist in site merchandising by updating assets, taxonomy, and product listings using content management systems (CMS)
Complete requests for new products, updates, and promotions following Agile methodology
Conduct regular product catalog checks to ensure quality and resolve any listing errors
Collaborate with the email development team to create landing pages for marketing campaigns
Participate in meetings across departments to discuss project planning and functionality
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner
Previous experience in eCommerce operations or related field
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot product listing errors
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with customer analytics and merchandising strategies
Knowledge of email marketing and campaign execution
Familiarity with data analysis tools to interpret customer behavior
Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
