An insurance company is seeking a Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services to join their team.
Role:
Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services
Work Model:
3 days on-site in NYC – non‑negotiable
Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end sourcing and contracting for the Professional Services category.
Resolve business challenges through strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
Engage early with stakeholders to understand needs and propose cost‑saving strategies.
Execute complex RFPs/RFIs and vendor selection.
Negotiate contracts and redline business terms.
Analyze supplier proposals (pricing, KPIs, deal structure).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Legal, or Business (MBA preferred).
8–10 years of sourcing and contract negotiation experience.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, contract redlining, and business/legal comprehension.
