Process Improvement Lead

Base pay range $94,900.00/yr - $130,500.00/yr
The Process Improvement Lead is responsible for delivering multimillion‑dollar annual cost savings and sustained operational excellence across one of the nation’s largest and most complex pharmacy fulfillment and distribution networks. This position owns a portfolio of high‑impact Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives, drives process redesign, and serves as a trusted internal consultant and change agent to senior leadership.
Lead high‑impact Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects that consistently achieve significant, quantifiable annual cost savings and ROI/NPV targets. Conduct rapid‑improvement (Kaizen) events and large‑scale transformation programs to produce measurable outcomes in productivity, cost, and efficiency. Quantify, validate, report financial impact (hard savings, soft savings, ROI, NPV), and influence executive stakeholders and cross‑functional partners through data‑driven insights and compelling storytelling. Use value‑stream mapping, gemba, statistical analysis (Minitab), visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and SQL to uncover root causes and validate solutions. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the 8 wastes (DOWNTIME). Operate with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related technical field.
Certification in Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, large‑scale distribution, or pharmacy operations.
Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience.
Proven track record of leading successful Kaizen initiatives and delivering tangible results.
10+ years experience in Process Improvement/Transformation.
Passion for continuous innovation.
Geographic proximity to Orlando, FL; West Chester, OH; or Buckeye, AZ, with ability to work onsite.
Ability to achieve specific annual cost‑savings goals.
Strong collaboration skills with internal business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large‑scale prescription dispensing.
Ability to integrate outside best practices.
Master’s Degree (MBA).
Master Black Belt.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40
Pay Range The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Salaries may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications.
