Electrical Project Manager – Industrial Manufacturing Projects Base pay range: $100,000 – $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, ensuring project goals are met.

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Review and interpret project plans and specifications to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of project.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks, including identifying potential issues, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues.

Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout project development.

Ensure that all legal and safety requirements, building codes, inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.

Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders, providing accurate and timely updates.

Conduct project review and create detailed reports for organizational use.

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, including at least 2 years on manufacturing facilities projects.

Proven experience in contract management, customer‑facing tasks, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and budgeting.

Strong client‑facing and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software tools.

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
