Senior Associate / Lead Veterinarian (DVM)
to join its established and supportive medical team.
This role is ideal for a veterinarian who wants

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
4 ten-hour shifts per week Rotating Saturdays Designed for long-term sustainability and balance
Hospital Hours:
Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sat: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
$135,000–$175,000+ (DOE & leadership scope) 22.5%+ production bonus
(no negative accrual) Sign-on bonus available 4 weeks PTO $3,800+ annual CE allowance Paid Texas license, DEA, and professional dues 401(k) with employer contribution Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- & long-term disability + life insurance Generous employee pet care discounts Partnership / equity opportunities
