University Park, Dallas

is seeking a confident, collaborative

Senior Associate / Lead Veterinarian (DVM)

to join its established and supportive medical team.

This role is ideal for a veterinarian who wants

real influence over medical standards and practice direction,

without sacrificing the flexibility, independence, and culture of private practice. You’ll partner closely with an

engaged, hands-on owner

As the Senior Associate / Lead DVM, you’ll provide

clinical leadership and mentorship

while continuing hands-on patient care and client communication.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

4 ten-hour shifts per week Rotating Saturdays Designed for long-term sustainability and balance

Hospital Hours:

Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sat: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary:

$135,000–$175,000+ (DOE & leadership scope) 22.5%+ production bonus
