This is a full-time remote position. In this outside sales-focused role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing relationships with potential clients (Maintenance Managers, Facility Directors and more) to secure roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and target new business opportunities in the industrial sector (Corpus to Greater Houston, Lake Charles and beyond).
Build and maintain strong relationships.
Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities in our CRM system.
Represent Ranger Roofing at industry events.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
Has current relationships in the Industrial market.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working independently in the field with a high level of self-motivation.
Knowledge of industry terminology is a major plus.
