This role is part of Reachdesk, a leading B2B gifting and swag platform that helps SaaS and tech brands create meaningful connections with prospects and customers. Reachdesk is scaling fast with teams in New York, London, and Lisbon.

Base pay range $77,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr

Hybrid work schedule – 2 days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays) in our Manhattan office.

The Opportunity We’re looking for a

Business Development Representative

to join our high‑performing team. This is more than just cold calling—it’s about combining research, strategy, and creativity to open doors at complex organizations. You’ll even get to use our own gifting platform as your secret weapon in prospecting.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and qualify leads, creating sales‑ready opportunities

Map target accounts and build relationships with decision‑makers

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Continuously learn, experiment, and iterate to improve results

What We’re Looking For

Early‑career BDR/SaaS outbound experience (or clear sales aptitude)

Strong written & verbal communications; comfortable on the phone

Creative, curious, and proactive in breaking through to prospects

Resilient and self‑motivated with a team‑first mindset
