What You Will Be Doing
Supervise, train, and motivate employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately, and courteously.
Resolve customer concerns.
Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and ensure supplies are available.
Count cash at shift change and closing to identify shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
Demonstrate strong abilities in supervising, training, and motivating team members.
Excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Show strong written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
Provide reliable transportation.
