The anticipated starting salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000/year depending on experience.

Typical Day as Human Resources Manager
Collaborating with the Division President and Directors of Operations to align HR practices with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple states.
Strategizing and executing HR initiatives including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training and development, and compensation and benefits processes.
Guiding and supporting employees and supervisors with employee relations and disciplinary matters, while also providing supervisor training for new and existing leaders.
This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading Human Resources in a manufacturing environment, along with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business‑related field and HR Certification.
Possess strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple states, with experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and training.
Demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, and are extremely detail‑oriented and prudent.
