7-Eleven is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Technology Finance organization. In this role, you will partner closely with IT and Digital leadership to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with interest or experience in technology to influence outcomes in a fast-paced and iconic global brand.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and month-to-month performance analysis.

Lead monthly performance reviews with IT & Digital VPs, including expense management, variance analysis, and cost center accountability.

Support the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing variance analysis vs. actuals to guide strategic and operational decisions.

Serve as a subject matter expert in vendor spend, partnering with IT & Digital teams to ensure visibility, accuracy, and optimal cost management.

Deliver monthly and full-year forecasts for IT & Digital functions.

Prepare accurate, timely financial reporting packages for monthly and quarterly management review.

Collaborate with IT and Accounting teams to manage accruals, purchase orders, prepaid expense schedules, and financial close activities.

Support preparation of Executive Committee materials and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Analyze spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights and recommendations to Technology and Finance leadership.

Build strong cross-functional partnerships and drive accountability for deliverables and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, IT, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Technology Finance.

Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience, with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into business insights.

Experience managing a full P&L preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for executive audiences.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of IT operations, cost structures, and technology expense drivers.

Experience with IBM TM1 Cognos, Oracle ERP, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.

A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
