Accounting Manager/Senior Accountant - CONTRACT The Accounting Manager/Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting a growing, multi-location organization by owning the monthly close process, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely, compliant financial reporting. This role will work closely with senior finance leadership and external partners during a period of operational scale and financial transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process

Prepare and review account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Produce recurring financial reporting packages for leadership and lenders

Support debt compliance activities, including covenant calculations and reporting

Maintain and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation

Partner with finance leadership to support system usage, reporting enhancements, and process optimization

Coordinate with external stakeholders as needed (e.g., auditors, lenders, advisors)

Systems & Tools

Utilize a cloud-based ERP system (experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred)

Leverage advanced Excel skills for reconciliations, schedules, and reporting (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
