$61,000.00/yr - $77,000.00/yr 100% working on-site at Corporate Office in Scottsdale, AZ Job Summary

Responsible for providing leadership, oversight and guidance for the accounting and compliance for all grants, including but not limited to post award grant accounting, budget modifications as well as ensuring compliance with funding source administrative guidelines, timely receipt of revenue, accurate submission of financial and other related reports, grant regulations, executed contracts and agreements as well as applicable statutes and regulations. Also includes preparation of all expenditure reports and reconciliations to the general ledger on a monthly basis, preparation of all schedules and reports needed for annual audits and calculations for monthly funds drawdowns as needed. Provides leadership, oversight and guidance for the operation of grant accounting and compliance functions, including review and preparation of budgets and amendments, preparation of grant reports and financial documentation related to monthly expenses applied to all outstanding grants. Maintains all associated detail for grants, including documentation, budgets, expenses applied, periodic/annual reporting requirements and schedules. Reviews, audits, analyzes and reconciles all financial and other related information and documents in support of grant related expenditures to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and other related regulations, statutes and GAAP. Analyzes various grantor revenue and expenditure reports and makes appropriate recommendations to ensure compliance with budgeted projections and grant provisions. Prepares monthly proposal for funds drawdown. Reviews, analyzes, balances and reconciles accounting activities regarding grants for revenues and expenditures and general ledger and other related reports. Prepares monthly expenditure breakdown report with allocations to various grants as applicable. Prepare all schedules and reporting for annual financial audit and any other reporting requirements as arise or are deemed necessary. Formulate policies and procedures. Direct and coordinate internal procedures associated with tracking and reporting of restricted funds received. Implement and maintain processes and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Bachelor\'s Degree or 4 years\' work related experience Accounting, Business or Finance Required Experience 2 years in Non-Profit (Healthcare Preferred) Required Seniority level
