How You'll Help The Formula
Forecast Validation and Analysis.
Review and assess forecast accuracy; identify discrepancies and resolve outstanding issues.
Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy through analytical feedback loops.
Ensure demand signals are accurately reflected in all planning systems.
Lead monthly S&OP meetings for assigned product families to align forecast, supply, and inventory.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure visibility and resolution of supply risks or escalations.
Lifecycle management and data management.
Coordinate supply readiness for new product introductions and phase‑outs.
Support minimizing excess and obsolete inventory exposure while maintaining supply continuity.
Analyze actual sales vs. forecast; update system data to maintain high planning accuracy and meet targets.
Proactively challenge and optimize the forecasting process to reduce planning/production shortages.
Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
Maintain clear documentation for all planning and procurement workflows.
Perform other duties as required.
Key Elements For Your Role
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5 years of experience in supply chain planning or purchasing, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience in driving process improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to operate in a multicultural, international setting.
Proficient in SAP (especially supply chain/planning modules); project or implementation experience is a plus.
Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally.
