Job Details Location: 2 Crosfield Avenue, West Nyack, NY, Rockland County, outpatient clinic.
Job Type: Full-time (Mon‑Fri, 40 hours per week). Schedule: Mon & Wed 12:00 PM‑8:00 PM; Tue, Thu, Fri 7:00 AM‑3:00 PM.
Salary: $84,000 – $111,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Sign‑on bonus available.

Responsibilities
Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Deliver skilled interventions — therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities — to improve function and reduce pain.
Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in New York State.
CPR and first aid certification required.
Minimum 1 year of experience providing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and functional neurological rehabilitation as a licensed PT.
