Must have active DEA License - hiring for Nurse Practitioners across the United States.
Role Description This is a contract and remote Nurse Practitioner role. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide primary and specialty hormone care services to transgender and cisgender patients, diagnose and manage patient conditions, and develop treatment plans. Duties include conducting patient assessments, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic blood tests, and educating patients. Active participation in maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations are also expected.
Qualifications
License and certification to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant state(s) or region.
Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision‑making.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety guidelines, and documentation standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Technical proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare‑related software.
A graduate degree in nursing (Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing Practice) and relevant clinical experience.
Specialized certifications or experience in primary care, family medicine, or a designated specialty are a plus.
