Your role and responsibilities: Defines and assures effective implementation, maturity assessment, and improvement of all operational processes along the entire value chain to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment across the division. You will be mainly accountable for: Promoting benchmarking and the sharing of best practices across all manufacturing and project business units to embed a culture of excellence in the entire Operations and value chain performance. Understanding various strategies and providing input to global and local Operations units, promoting, and supporting the local deployment of strategies to accelerate the rate of operational improvement and achieve cost savings, across the value chain. Conducting feasibility studies to explore and develop alternative options to enhance operational efficiency and achieve cost savings. Executing the implementation of the transformation project, if required; and providing recommendations to the STEering COmmittee (STECO) on the most feasible, convenient, and coherent options aligned with the business objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with minimum 12 years of relevant experience. Project Management, Continuous Improvement Facilitation, CapEX, OpEX Preferred Experience Includes:
Engineering Degree, PMP Certification, Lean 6 Sigma Certifications, Previous experience working for a matrixed / global manufacturing company. Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. More about us
