Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) PRN role involves providing pediatric and general home health nursing care, including case management, client assessments, and coordination of services in patients' homes. PRN and requires travel to client\'s homes. Anticipates 2 days per week as needed and on-call support which requires weekend rotation with other RNs. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides case management, coordination, supervision and implementation of professional and supportive services to clients using nursing theory and process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
