About Our Driver Position We provide transportation services to youth and adult participants and ensure they reach their scheduled appointments on time.
What a Driver Does At Resilient Health
Transport participants to and from appointments in a company van.
Coordinate transportation routes and communicate with appropriate parties.
Maintain van cleanliness and conduct vehicle safety inspections.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Complete errands on behalf of Resilient Health.
Adhere to safety and transportation policies.
Maintain a professional demeanor during transportation and in the office while interacting with staff, visitors, and persons served.
Requirements For This Position
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
Valid driver’s license.
Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Clean three‑year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier’s coverage requirements.

What This Position Pays $17.50 per hour
