Your Role

Provide comprehensive patient care by administering TMS and esketamine treatments, monitoring patient responses, and recording psychiatric rating scales.

Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping, maintain the EHR, and manage scheduling, check‑in/check‑out, and financial procedures.

Support operational efficiency by assisting with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Travel regionally to cover Cary, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Winston‑Salem centers, maintaining reliable transportation for short‑notice coverage.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification with significant relevant work experience in fast‑paced patient or customer care roles.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work or related Human Services field; at least one year of healthcare or internship experience.

Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHR systems (AdvancedMD, SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication.

Required Travel & Logistics: Ability to travel to all regional centers; personal reliable transportation required.

Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided.
