Financial Advisor (Bank-Based Role)

About The Role
We are seeking a client-focused Financial Advisor to serve customers in Griggsville, IL. This role is ideal for a proven producer who wants the backing of a community-focused financial institution with strong advisory support. Your work will focus on building and maintaining lasting client relationships and guiding clients in making informed, goal-based financial decisions.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow an existing book of business
Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Prospect and generate new business through multiple channels
Develop fee-based and commission business using the bank’s customer base, your professional network, and community engagement
Create and follow a strategic business plan
Communicate clearly with clients from a wide range of backgrounds
What You Bring Salary + commission with significant growth potential
Commission payout increases as production grows. Advisors bringing an existing book may receive negotiable compensation.
