100% Remote Audit Senior Associate Opportunity with Mid‑Size CPA (North Carolina Only)
Our client is a Mid‑Size CPA Firm based in Chapel Hill, NC, who is actively looking for an
Audit Senior Associate
with auto dealership client industry experience (required) to join their growing team on a 100% remote basis.
Important: While the position is fully remote, the firm will only consider candidates physically based in North Carolina, as client site visits are required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $105,000 to $110,000
401(k) at a 5% match
PTO: Flexible time off – encouraged to take at least 3 weeks, but employees may take as much time as reasonably needed.
Career growth path toward upper management
Work Schedule
Normal season : 40 hours
Additional schedule: post April 15th for the next 4 weeks, employees are offered a 36‑hour work week with Fridays off; after those 4 weeks, the office closes at 12:30 pm on Friday.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of audit experience from a public accounting firm
Auto dealership client industry experience required
Must be physically based in North Carolina
CPA/EA license or pursuing preferred
