Role Description This is a full‑time remote position for a Manager of Store Real Estate. The role involves overseeing real estate transactions, managing property leases, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and driving real estate strategies that align with business objectives. Responsibilities include identifying and securing commercial retail real estate properties, negotiating leases, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize the portfolio of SalonCentric properties across the nation.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Site Selection and Lease Administration
Proficiency in understanding and managing Leases and related terms
Expertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices
Exceptional organizational & communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while meeting deadlines and achieving goals
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
Experience in retail or commercial property management is highly desirable
Must be able to travel 50% to locations across the country
