Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales, operations, and finance to develop and model complex service proposals that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Ensure pricing and margin calculations, including escalations, are aligned with business standards and reviewed by the Pricing Manager when required.

Evaluate customer pricing against internal benchmarks and recommend improvements to enhance price quality.

Review and analyze projected financial outcomes versus actuals for negotiated deals, including revenue forecasts, cost structures, and profitability.

Support internal stakeholders with insights into deal assumptions, risks, and non-standard deliverables.

Monthly review of deal projections at signature vs actuals, including a short summary on variances and root causes, and drive necessary action plans to address gaps.

Prepare comprehensive reports and executive presentations summarizing financial results, key insights, and actionable recommendations.

Proactively flag areas of concern to senior leadership and suggest data‑driven solutions to mitigate financial risks.

Collaborate with pricing, sales, operations, and finance to ensure alignment across all stages of deal development and execution.

Produce final calculation at term of service contract vs how the deal was acquired, as well as lessons learned to improve future contract negotiations.

special financial analyses as requested by management to support strategic decision‑making and continuous process improvement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (MBA a plus).

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, deal management, pricing strategy, or similar roles.

5+ years of strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis and price benchmarking tools.

Ability to understand and communicate complex financial models and concepts.

Proficiency in Excel, SAP, CPQ and Qlik is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of service offerings at Siemens Healthineers preferred.

Base Pay Range $107,060 – $147,213
