This full-time role involves counseling uninsured and under-insured patients on funding for medical services, requiring excellent customer service and compassionate communication. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of understanding Medicaid and similar programs. You will help patients navigate challenging financial situations, working Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
