Description
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for producing bath bombs and related products by following established formulas and procedures. This role supports daily production needs by mixing, molding, drying/curing, labeling, and packaging finished goods to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency. The Manufacturing Associate must maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards while meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Produce bath bombs by accurately following approved formulas, batch sheets, and work instructions.
Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials; operate basic production tools/equipment as trained.
Mold, press, and stage products for drying/curing according to process requirements.
Inspect products for quality (appearance, weight, consistency, defects) and report issues to the supervisor.
Label finished goods accurately (product name, scent/variant, lot/batch information if applicable).
Package products according to standards (correct count, seals, inserts, labeling, and presentation).
Prepare finished goods for storage or transfer to warehouse/fulfillment, keeping items organized and clearly labeled.
Maintain clean, safe work areas.
Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements, report hazards or incidents immediately.
Assist with inventory tasks such as staging materials, tracking usage, and notifying the supervisor of low supplies.
Support continuous improvement by suggesting ideas to reduce waste, rework, and production delays.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support production needs.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to lift and move materials/products up to 50lbs.
Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic math skills for measuring/weighing ingredients and counting packaged goods.
Ability to handle aromas.
Comfortable working around fragrances, powders, and oils (with proper PPE and ventilation as provided).
Prior experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or labeling.
Experience in cosmetics, bath/body, food production, or other quality‑driven environments.
Familiarity with basic quality checks and lot/batch tracking.
