Associate Elevator Operator

We are looking for a General Labor to join our team at the Goodland Crush facility. In this role, you will support plant operations by performing general cleaning and housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning of equipment, floors, and work areas across the facility.
Clean up material spills and debris in a safe and timely manner.
Assist with sanitation and routine housekeeping tasks in plant areas.
Support maintenance and production teams with basic manual tasks as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
Communicate any safety concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
Work in varying weather conditions and dusty environments as needed.
About You
Ability to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screening
Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat (90-120F), cold (subzero), and high winds (40+ mph)
Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces
Must be able to work in environments with dust and airborne particles, including grain dust
Wear required PPE, such as hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear
Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods
Experience in a grain facility preferred but not required
