Role Summary The Field Service Technician will perform installations, maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on our water systems, including bottle‑free water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. The Technician serves as the face of Quench and delivers positive customer service during site visits. Responsibilities include work on a company vehicle, following safety policies, and reporting to the Field Service Manager.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair system products
Change water filters, clean and sanitize tanks, replace UV bulbs, clear water lines
Inspect for leaks and malfunctions
Complete service agreements and other job related duties as assigned
Adhere to company and customer safety policies
Maintain vehicle maintenance policy and procedures
Transport equipment and tools to customer sites
Use electronic customer and company information systems
Maintain reliable attendance
Requirements
Experience in repair and maintenance
Technical school degree preferred
General computer skills required; Microsoft Office preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fast‑paced work environment adaptability
Clean work record; able to pass pre‑employment drug screen
Physical capability to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift ≥70 pounds
Valid driver’s license; at least 21 years old
