Scheduling
Manage customer relations and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain good relationships with employees, customers, etc.
Hold Safety meetings with crews.
Train, encourage, praise, motivate, counsel and discipline employees.
Manage employees to ensure they have adequate work.
Ensure company policies are known and followed.
Tracking of all pieces of the job.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 5 years Directional Bore Experience.
A positive can‑do attitude and openness to trying things new ways.
GRIT values – Guts, Reliability, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent at Multitasking.
Familiar with Microsoft Suite.
Able to work well without constant supervision.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Nevada 811.
Knowledge of Utility job prints.
Good with time management.
Very organized.
Great communication skills.
Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction industry.
Attendance & Punctuality Daily and exemplary attendance and punctuality is required for this position. The work may require overtime hours to be worked to achieve desired results.
