Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position will work on a fast‑paced, team‑oriented packaging line performing production procedures in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment, including start‑up, minor adjustments, and quality monitoring
Perform production activities in compliance with GMP and SOP requirements
Complete accurate and thorough production documentation
Clean and sanitize work areas as required per SOPs
Monitor product quality and report deviations or issues promptly
Support team operations and perform additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Strict attention to detail and safety
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on an intermittent basis
Working knowledge of aseptic technique
Understanding and awareness of USDA regulations, SOPs, and SPPs
Base Pay Range $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr
